Shipping.

Your purchase will be shipped as efficiently as possible: Canada Post has limited shipping options, and very differing services dependent on the destination... but I ship via regular letter or parcel mail, opting for the quickest and cheapest option available. 

If you would like your item(s) sent faster or cheaper, send me a message prior to purchasing, and I will alter the shipping fees accordingly.

I do not ♥ shipping fees: if you ever pay over a dollar more than what shipping ended up ACTUALLY being (shipping, envelope, etc.), I will round the overage out to the nearest dollar & refund you asap!

Please allow 3 - 5 days for your item to be shipped. I'll contact you with an ETA.

Here is where I state for the record that I can't be held responsible for loss or damages to your package while in the hands of the posties. That said, I will do my utmost to make it all better...

I also cannot be responsible for any duties or tariffs your shipment might incur while trying to get into your country! 

(A side note... if you're Canadian, like me & wonder why, like me, it costs so stinkin' much to ship within Canada, all I can say is, I'm sorry. Canada is a big big place, & Canada Post uses that as an excuse for their rates. I've tried to eat what I can on their rates. By all means, if you're local, send me a message & we'll work something out!)

Refunds + Exchanges.

I love this stuff, so I'm confident you will too. Every step is taken to create sturdy, long-lasting, quality accessories for your babe. 

However... if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please send it back to me (unwashed & unused) within 2 weeks of receiving it: I will refund the purchasing price, less shipping, once I receive it on my end.
